A Bad Ass race car driver.

Everyone loves the stories that all these different drivers have. After talking with this inductee’s family, this guy takes the cake. Starting in 1952 the #11 hardtop
was born. Racing all over the north state from the 8th Street Track to the Silver Dollar Speedway and of cours the Shasta Speedway & Vallejo track. It wasn’t until car owner Dennis Little came along and put him in the driver seat that he did what they call a 3-peat. Winning Championships in 66, 67 & 68. This inductee even got Hall of Famer Bill Durham into racing. We are pleased to introduce our next Chico inductee into NCARA’s Hall of Fame class of 2019.

Emotions run High

Like a lot of drivers and family getting up on stage to accept an award, it is an emotional time.  We sincerely appreciate this time and are forever grateful for it.  Thank you Jimmy!
