One of the many jobs of a Historian
Phil Corcoran is a historian of racing in Northern Californa and specifically Shasta County. We’re proud to have him as a board member of the NCARA. He ads so much to this organization and to the people of the racing community. To put it mildly, he takes his job seriously.
Recently, as you’ll see in this video, he received a call from an old friend in the racing community who lost everything they owned in the Camp fire including all of the racing photos of her husband. Phil knew what he had to do. Watch the video below to see what just one of the jobs of a NCARA historian is and why Phil is dedicated to it.
